Second go around of snake avoidance... Went well, I don't believe she will be investigating snakes!

What a very good girl...and her "dad" is a good man to take her to snake avoidance training.
Why isn't that snake duct taped shut???

Ive got a new GSP puppy that will be needing this soon. I'll have to keep an eye out for a clinic around Corpus Christi.

A must have for a dog going into the brush down here.

My thoughts are they may have been defanged? One of snakes weighed about 15lbs. The mouths were taped at last years training.
This was a different snake guy.

              Yes, surely that was it
I guess I've only ever seen the snakes with tape. Anyway, this is something I need to do for our boy, Arrow...I basically try to reach into his mind and project a picture of him leaping away from any snake he sees...lol.
But I suspect this is not sufficient.

I don't think that would work. You know how inquisitive dogs can be! Better safe than sad...

Had her fixed at 6 months. Thanks though. Yep, saw some of those pretty pups here on GS.

Yes it works. Put my lab thru the classes, best thing you can do. Know several guys that their dog dodged an area after the training and the handler found a snake there.

Some guys staple the snakes mouth after removing the fangs.
