    Dumb question...

Can night vision scopes be used in daylight? I have never used one and I imagine so but thought I'd ask. Thanks in advance for your help.

Some night vision scopes can be turned off and on so it will act like a normal scope. If it is a true night vision scope it can't be used during the day because it would absorb all the light and you couldn't see out of it.

we had some in the military with a diopter i guess u call it on the objective side. basicly just a scope cap with different size holes in it. you could adjust it for varying levels of light. but i think if u run it with out a cover in broad daylight your gonan fry whatever is inside it. better to not then have to replace or buy it in my opinion.

No. But mine has worked a little when it was really cloudy out, but it was still very bright.
