A few recent transactions got me to thinking about how I handle "selling" vs. how some of the people I delt with do.
This is a two part question.
First.
You know someone looking for an item. You also know someone selling the same item.

B. Play the middleman and take a cut by marking up the sellers price?
C. Play the middleman and ask the seller for a "commission"?
D. Play the middleman and ask the buyer for a finder's fee?
E. Play the middleman and get the deal done asking for nothing from either?
