Question... the handles on some of these look like some sort of stone... are they wood with just cool designs naturally?

This bottom one was Spalted (diseased) Birch. I design cabinetry for a living and that is what drew me to that specific knife. I am a sucker for unique wood grain.

I have had several over the years and for some reason or another they keep getting auctioned off. The best reason I can come up with for only owning one Stic knife is because somebody is in desperate times and needs the money more than I need the knife.

I will keep selling them off if the need keeps rising but I hope I never sell another one.
