Iphone ??? - retrieving lost apps

is there a way to restore "lost apps" on your iphone ?

pretty sure i did a backup and registered my phone thru itunes a month ago

i was updating ios and phone locked up, therefore i did a complete reset



plugged back into itunes and was able to finish the restore where it locked up

i'm missing 2 apps that I paid for , yet not showing up on my screen (tapatalk pd. version, and istrelok ballistics)

can i research my history of paid apps through the app store and somehow update them onto my screen ??

i don't wanna pay for them again sucks if there gone

Go back to the app store through your phone app, when you locate the app, click on it and download it again. It'll recognize you have already paid for it and just say "install" instead of "$1.99" or whatever you paid for it.

you can redownload them, there will be no charge....

i cannot find either app in my app store history when reserachin thru my phone

will they be backed up on itunes on my cmptr ??

anyway to contact itunes/apple and retrieve my past history of all downloads ?

I lost some tunes before and I had to pay for them again. Even called Apple and they told me tough luck.

there should be a backup in itunes depending when the last time you sync it.

You should be able to see your purchased apps in itunes on your pc if you can find them there you can reinstall to phone but sometimes you have to look around in iTunes to find them

Check your recycle bin they might be in there. if so drag to itunes then resync the phone.

On your iPhone go to App Store then "updates" at the bottom right. Click it then at the top choose "purchased". It should take you to all of the apps you have purchased, including those not on the phone.
