no problem as I'm just glad I can help a brother out
my seasoning was used at BNZA this year for the crawfish .
I don't claim to be "the best" , just a reputable product that is consistent and provides excellent flavor
lots of people have different opinions when it comes to anything food related ... as long as my customers are happy, I'm happy

Targil has 4,000 + customers worldwide and blends seasonings for pretty much everybody in the business.
there are a few other seasoning blending companies in South LA which include : Paul Prudhomme's Magic Seasonings , Cajun Land , Red Stick, Diversified Foods, etc....
i bet there are over 250 brands of seasonings and Mom & Pop companies in Louisiana alone as Targil does the bulk of their blending and packaging.
Having lived in NOLA and Lafayette my whole life, I grew up eating seafood for breakfast , lunch, and dinner. I've tried lots of seasoning blends as they're all pretty good , none to really complain about.
I formulated my seasoning recipes over the years by tweaking ingredients from other companies. I added more / less of certain items to get my flavor and taste for Ragin Blaze.
Atchafalaya Gold, Swamp Dust, Zatarains, Louisiana Fish Fry, Chackbay, Cajun Land, Bayou Country, TexJoy, Boudreaux and Thibodeaux, etc .... all make great products . Most ppl get hooked on one brand and stick with it. Several of the aforementioned brands are "local only" and cannot be found in other cities or states.
My goal is to provide seasonings worldwide and educate the public on Cajun food , recipes, and cooking . So far I've sold Ragin Blaze to customers in 42 States and 7 foreign countries . Probably shipped 3 dozen cajun Care packages to the troops all over the world via APO addresses.
Keep On Blazin' my brothers and sisters
