paid for item on March 6. Still does not even have shipping info. Forget customer service. Their is none. You fill out an online form, then nothing. IF you try a second one, it tells you that the first one is being handled even though nothing is happening....
Ordered 3 lights on 3/14 and I received them this past Monday. Order it forget about it & let it be a surprise when it finally arrives.
Now I'm dealing with customer service, 1 light was DOA, so I am working thru the RMA process. So far it's been smooth, but I suspect it will be a month or so before I get my replacement.
