Your Experience With DEALEXTREME.COM ?

Always reluctant to order stuff on-line, especially when it looks like it is a web site from China.

What is the GS experience with ordering from dealextreme.com ?

I personally have between 5-10 orders completed through them.

My suggestion: Order what you want. DONT CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE. and Just wait... If you have to have it this month buy else where.

If you can wait a couple months for some really great lights at a LOW price then go ahead. They make good stuff.. just takes FOREVER to recieve it.

I would have to agree. It took a little over 2 months for my last and only order to come in.

Great experience also just be ready to wait, I will also say look at Tmart the prices are a little higher but the shipping is quicker.

paid for item on March 6. Still does not even have shipping info. Forget customer service. Their is none. You fill out an online form, then nothing. IF you try a second one, it tells you that the first one is being handled even though nothing is happening....

Put in an order March 17th that is sitting at the post office waiting for me to pick up today.

Still have no shipping info on my flashlight. Ordered March 6th. Bout to issue chargeback and buy off eBay.

Ordered 3 lights on 3/14 and I received them this past Monday. Order it forget about it & let it be a surprise when it finally arrives.

Now I'm dealing with customer service, 1 light was DOA, so I am working thru the RMA process. So far it's been smooth, but I suspect it will be a month or so before I get my replacement.

i just got an email that it shipped... Now it says it could be 20 days from ship date... So I may have this light before deer season..
