    A new world endurance record!!

Well at least a record for me anyway...

I did my 15 miles on my bike after work and then headed to Albertsons to pick up a 12 of Corona's. That added another mile or so. Then when I got home I dropped off the brewski's and went to Subway for a foot long sammy. That was a little over a mile so maybe 17.5 miles today and 47.5 for the week. Hence the NEW WORLD RECORD!!
My wife went to Winstar this morning with a girlfriend from work and won't be home till tomorrow so I really didn't have a lot to do.
Trash/recycles are out and the plants watered so I'm watching the boobtube and doing some 12oz curls.

    Oh yeah, no spandex either...

Good for you buddy. All this bike talk got me into the shed to get mine back in running order. Now, I just have to make the time to get on it

I did my 15 miles on my bike after work riding to Albertsons to pick up a 12 pack of Corona's. Then I rode another mile or so and was out of beer. Then when I got home I dropped off the empty brewski's and went to Subway for a foot long sammy. That was a little over a mile so maybe 17.5 miles today and 47.5 for the week. Spandex does its job. The first time I did twenty miles I wore coaching shorts. Could not sit down when I was done. Bought spandex soon after no more chaffing. Use it every time I get on a bike. Road ot mt bike. Just like my helmit.

But you wear the spandex under a regular pair of shorts, not by themselves.....RIGHT? Just trying to help you out here before the dog piling starts.

Mad props man! I came up with reasons not to ride my bike 3 miles to pick up the rental truck tomorrow...

You know you've arrived, when you're on the sidewalk dumping the water out of your Camelbak, and filling it back up with beer.
(8 beers will fit in a 100oz bladder, for those of you scoring along at home...)

Congrats on grinding out the miles!

good job Mike. Get you some mountain bike shorts. They have the spandex built in and an outer layer with pockets, etc.

And thanks for doing your part to keep Texas spandex-free!

Ok Mr safety guy... You must leave room for gas expansion as not to cause a beer explosion and waste it all.
