They called back and i asked them if they would send me in writing and to who i owed it to and he said not at this time. I said thanks and hung up the phone.

Sounds like you called them on it and they aren't going to continue to try to collect something that wasn't owed them.

Next time they call record the number called from along with date and time and name of person calling. Tell them ALL FUTURE contact needs to be in WRITING, and ANY FUTURE PHONE CALLS will be considered Harassment and will be reported to the police. Document ALL future phone calls (number/time/date/name of person calling, etc). After recording two or three additional calls report it to the police.

I'm not a racist person but I can not stand a person who can't speak clearly. So sometimes depending on my mode I'll play games with them or if it seems to be really important I'll ask them to put someone who can speak better english on the line.

I once made a indian fellow so mad he said he would have some one else call me back. I just kept asking him to repeat himself over and over. Had not the slightest idea what he was saying.
