Between this and the other threads, all I can say is I'm sure glad when I snuck into girls' houses I didn't have to worry about getting shot for no reason.

For now all we know is what the media tells us, and I don't think they're doing a real good job keeping us informed.

Sorry but you tresspassed on an enclosed porch then advanced on the armed owner, this is what happens. If the owner didn't shoot and the guy killed the owner and everyone in the house we would have one report of it in the news and never would have heard another word.

Not the same. I believe that Trayvon was defending himself from a some dude in the dark that was tailing him. Zimmerman was told by police to not engage, but he was a tough guy with a gun and had to kill a kid for no reason.

Someone jumps on top of me and is banging the back of my head into the concrete, that's a threat on my life. Wouldn't you agree? Or, is that just someone simply joking, and we should both shake hands and walk off?

Just so happens, a witness saw the kid doing that along with what the shooter claimed. So, you think it's okay to jump on a person and bash their head into the concrete because they're tailing you?

No it doesn't! Haven't seen that video. Seems like if he would have hit the concrete with even a light amount of force he would have had some sort of cut to his head. Concrete is really abrasive. Maybe it was on the grass? Which makes things was less life threatening. His nose looks a little swollen to me, but I couldn't really tell.

I agree, not the same topic at all. You cannot enter someone's house/castle forcefully and make threatening advances toward them.

both cases and in horns case they keep trying to use calling 911 a premeditated. almost makes you want to not call 911 until it is all over.
