Has anyone had any problems with the Bowtech Guardian? Is it a nice bow? Does it shot fast? I have a Bowtech Tribute and havent had a chance to shot the Guardian. Im just wondering if I need to take time a try it out.

Its fast and quiet. After that, I didn't care for it.
Dislikes:
1. Draw cycle is rough. Draw a single cam bow of same draw weight, you will see want I am talking about.
2. 80% let off....not happening. Was told that from Bowtech. 76-77% is about tops with some tweeking(twisting) of the cables. That is another thing I didn't like. Give me a module to adjust let off.
3. Looking at the cables through peep at full draw. Someone over looked this in the R&D dept. Fire them.
4. VERY shallow valley combined with the 70ish let-off sucks. Don't relax to much at full draw or it will pull you forward.
Likes:
1. Accurate, nothing else to say about that one.
2. Quiet, fast and no hand shock.
3. Pretty cool...no bow press needed.

I sold mine after a couple months for many of the same reasons as Texag. The guy I shoot alot of 3D tournaments with sold his also to buy a second Tribute. I shot my Allegiance as well as I shot my Guardian and like shooting it better.
If it was me, I would keep your tribute, but that is just my opinion. You should shoot it though and see what you think.

their all good. I had a tribute and loved it but I sold it for a guardian and I dont regret it a bit. The guardian is the ultimate bow to me. I shot the airborne last week and I thought it was a fantastic bow as well.
I was a very happy mathews shooter before and I still love them but I love my guardian most of all.
