O so many. I am a huge fan of He stopped loving her today. I would say Best I ever had by Gary Allan too. Too many to even really try to list.

Lots of good songs above, but how has God Blessed Texas, by Little Texas been left off of this list. And I have to agree with Charlie Rich about John Denver.

A lot of good one's mentioned here. One of my favorite isn't played much but it gives me chills when I hear it. It's "River in the Rain" by Roger Miller.

El Paso and El Paso City by Marty Robbins. Those two have stuck with me since I was a kid for some reason.

Nice, but anything from Townes VanZandt rocks, and I will stand on Bob Dylan's coffee table in my cowboy boots and scream it at the top of my lungs... OK, I stole that from somebody....

Guy Clarke is a close second...

I do love Townes. He was awesome.

                    He wrote Pancho and Lefty.

Kinky Friedman wrote "Wild Man from Borneo" . Awesome song.

Some songs just touch your heart.

Stoney LaRue's new song, 'Look at Me Fly' rocks my world atm. It just does.

                      Stoney kicks glutious maximus.

"Murder on Music Row".....I think this would be relevant considering the trash they play on mainstream radio.

                              Garth Brooks - The Dance

I think Javelin will agree with me on this one.

Good Ole Boys Like Me by Don Williams is pretty dang good, too.
