FYI: New rule change regarding onside kicks...

From today's Austin American Statesman:

"Teams receiving onside kicks will be allowed to have an unimpeded chance to field the ball."

"Teams receiving onside kicks can now signal for a fair catch on balls after they the hit the ground once."

Didn't anybody at the UIL think about the actual reason for an onside kick before they came up with this? Nevermind,...I answered my own question, the UIL doesn't think.
