Interesting. I know the City of Houston has come under attack as well this past year because of "questionable" euthanizing practices. I.E. the allegations are that the shelters are not waiting the mandantory period required by its own policies before destroying animals.
The director....didn't care to comment....She is on the city payroll, all being funded by taxes AND private contributions.

Not surprising in the least. 95% of their fund raising for conservation and preservation of animals goes directly to more fund raising and marketing campaigns.
They do not spend dime one on animals.Comment
