    Primos TruthCam 35 vs. 46

For you green screeners that have used both, is the 46 worth the money over the 35? I have several of the 35's in use and they work fine for the money. I will need to get a couple more and I thought I might "upgrade" to the 46's but thought I would get some opinions.

Well, I have not used the 35, but have seen them. I have three 46's. I think the memory size stated may be out of date on the website because the last ones I got handles 16G SD cards.

These comments off the Primos website, for comparison. I love the Primos 46, but the 35 may be a good value. I got my 46's during sale's at Academy so I got good deals.

I like the 46 because there is no "clunk" when it takes a picture. The nighttime pics are better and the battery life is great (just like the 35s).

I have both. I like the delay settings on the 46 better. Other than that, they have both been great cameras with good battery life.

I agree - I don't have a 46 but am not fond of the noise when the 35 takes a picture. The deer get used to it over a feeder but I believe it bothers them when on a trail or scrape. Still a very reliable camera though. I have 2 35's and have found them to be more reliable than most of my Cuddeback Capture and Capture IR's.

I just bought a second 46. No complaints at all, good night range out to 30 yards. Good prices on them at Amazon:

I have 2 35's, a 46, and 2 60's. I can tell the difference between the 35 and 60 but not much between 35 and 46. The setting differences are sure alot more convenient on the 46. Battery life is also great!!

My 46's are much better than my 35's. I won't buy another 35.

I recently bought 4 new 46's at Walmart for 59$ each.

                        They gotta be worth that!!

I like my 35s more than my 46s but my 46s are the older ones.

46's are the way to go..I have 3 46's and 1 35. The flash is far better on the 46. But, I just bought a Moultrie M80 for $119 at BP which is far superior to both of these cameras. The night pictures are awesome.
