Swollen lymph nodes in groin

    if they are not tender and hurting then that's a good thing, I think... I've had some and still do in my neck that are swollen. I had some of them taken out back in highschool and nothing was wrong with them, as in no cancer. It could mean you're sick, if you have any other sickness going on right now it could be the cause. If you aren't having any other symptoms other than swollen nodes then most likely your fine. Either way, prayers up for ya!

      Prayers brother!!! I had the same thing you did and was FREAKING out. Turned out to be nothing and it went away. I want to say they were like that for 2 or 3 weeks.

        Actually, it's the opposite. Tender and swollen is usually classic for a standard infection, but swollen and not painful can mean something completely different - and not necessarily a good thing.

        Prayers sent for good news and for it to be a non-issue.
