Knowing dang good and well her window will not roll down to properly use a drive-thru she desides to do it anyway, and not to walk in the store and order to go. Two rules of a drive thru. 1 must be able to read, comprehend and speak into a box. 2. Receive goods through window of car or truck! Oh well just behind this lady at bill millers holding up the line... Another winner of society.

the window looks down 2-3"...maybe she shares my experience below....
about a year ago i pulled up to the order screen, rolled down the window placed the order, rolled it up and pulled forward. it was hot and there was 3-4 cars in front of me. as i rolled up to the pay window and hit down on my window, something in my window system broke and my window looked like hers...down only 3-4". i had to open my door to exchange food/pay.
i took it apart at home and rigged the window in the closed position, got online and ordered the part. came in 3 days later and replaced it.
now folks that live with their windows like that....yes too **** lazy and spending money in the wrong place. save some cash to get the parts by eating at/from home for a bit and fix it.

Not sure this is a legitimate complaint here. Whats the time delay difference in reaching through a open door as oppose to reaching through an open window?
and pot meet kettle....you were RIGHT BEHIND THEM........if anything, they had to put forth more effort to open the car door, you on the other hand, not only took the easiest way(the drive through) but also only had to hit a button and role down your window....lazy? who?
