    Identify this Ram Please

This is my first bow kill from five years ago. Anyone know what kind it is? Our guide said it's probably a corsican/barbado mix.

How big is he? I don't know how rams are judged or scored. What's the whitetail equivalent, score wise? Thanks.

Please tell me where this was so I never go hunt there. The guide doesn't know that corsican and barbado are the same???

Its a corsican ram.....its a good size. Wouldn't say great or trophy but like a 130 WT.

I may have misunderstood him. I didn't know they were the same species, but the guy is a friend and has been in the business a long time. I doubt he was that misinformed.

Oh I don't care if it's considered a trophy or not, I want y'all to be honest. That thing could have had two broken horns and I wouldn't have cared.

Thanks though the mount looks great. Searching the computer for a pic.

                          Thanks y'all!

I just noticed the torn shirt sleeve in the pic. That wasn't done on purpose. After I killed the ram, Dad and the guide egged me on to throw it over my shoulder and carry it out. In the process, I jabbed myself with the broadhead that I thought was buried deep inside the ram. Apparently not. We cut the sleeve off to get to the wound. I still have a wicked looking scar.

                              A corsican is a barbado/mouflon cross originally.

That one looks like a corsican bred back to a barbado. Either way nice ram!
