    Please please help!!!!!!

Ok as some of you know I'm a firefighter in Mansfield, TX. Some of you may also know we have one of our firefighters 33 years old that has developed ALS. He is not doing very well and they have basicly given him less than a month to live. He loves to hunt and I would really like to take him on one last hunt. What I am asking is does anyone have or know of a high fence ranch that would let me take him on a hunt? The animal type does not matter. I think he will be happy just to hunt. He is in a wheelchair so it will have to be somewhere somewhat easy to get him in and out of a stand. If you know of anyone please let me know. Time is of the Essenes for sure on this one.
My e mail is jsmall317@yahoo.com thank you!!!!!

Where are you (S. TX, W., etc.)?

I'm NOT from TX, so Mansfield ain't ringing my "Oh, I drive right by there" bell.

I have good friends in S and W Texas that could fill the bill on short notice.

Mansfield is just south of Arlington. In between Dallas and Fort Worth and south by about 10-15 miles.

Honored to be able to provide the oppty. BIL is a captain in Austin, so I'm a lil partial to those guys; I know what they have to put up with.

                    Awesome gesture RodinaRanc!!!

My wife lost her Father to ALS 5 years ago and it was heartbreaking to watch his body shut down each day to the disease. Prayers sent for him and his family.

                        Small,
I know you've got an offer but I'd really like to help here too! If y'all can't make it down to san antonio OR want to try for two hunts for him give me a shout. We're an hour east of waco. I can put him on a corsican ram. Wheel chair no problem either.

I have a hunt that I bought off of here to Diamond C with no set date yet. PM me if you want it and I will give you all of the information. I will of course have to talk to Skyler and make sure it's cool but I don't think he will mind.

Just got back from Mansfield a little while ago. Very sorry to hear about this.

Ya'll have some great people down that way. You're K9 guy set up some GREAT training for all the area K9's that wanted to go.

Good luck on the hunt(s), and will remember you both in prayer.
