Possible N.Texas Lease

My current lease members appear to be disbanding. It's been a good lease, not really a trophy lease, but it has a decent deer population with hogs and good spring turkey. It's about 15 miles NW of Wichita Falls. The price would be between 2000 and 1500 per hunter, depending on 3 vs 4 hunters. 2000 acres, electric (no water). PM me for more info, there is not a lot of time to decide.
