    working out update.

    well I have been sticking to what I started last year.

    eating healthier (and less), and drinking a few less beers.

    I cut out all soda's last year. lost 5 lbs. right off the bat.

    Just weighed in this morning, and so far in the last two months I have lost 7.3 lbs, and dropped my BMI 2 points (or percent whatever it is).

    Not in a hurry to lose allot as I am not way over weight, but I do want to get back to being more tone like I was in the military...

    anyway. just my update. I work out 2 to 3 times a week, and eat better...

        I did an hour and a half workout today (including 3 mile run), and then went for a bike ride with wife and kid. Then rode the four wheelers, and cleaned the garage up while the quads were out.

        wore out now...

        BUT, I will feel much better tomorrow than if I had not done anything (just been lazy, and drank beer) for sure!
