He grew up in Tyler, moved to Dallas and played with B.B. Koing, Leon Russell and others. He was a superb blues guitarist!

Does anyone remember the album that the first of it said lets hear it for "Bugs Henderson and the Group!" ? It was early 80 s or late 70's

i think it was on one of biggy smalls albums......

Actually, Bugs Henderson was born in Palm Springs, California in 1943 and grew up in Tyler, Texas.
Doesn't diminish his talent as a musician though.
