AR 15 question how much should I expect to get?

Taking my Ar to the gun show to sell it. It has a two stage DPMS lower with a Olympic 1-9 twist upper. It has a 90.00 quad rail and a Nikon 1-4 power safari scope which sells for just under 300.00 I really do not know much about at-15 so not sure what to ask. Was thinking about 1000.00 is that a fair price? Gun is in great shape and looks new.

Forgot to put that the gun has the adjustable stock, 4- 30 round mags and 80 rounds if ammo. It will shoot 5.56 or 223

Not sure on what you can get, but it's been my experience that unless you're mixed upper and lower are from top notch makers, they sometimes don't bring as much as a factory gun.

+2 probably will not get much for it at a gun show.

$800'ish would be my guess.

Frankenguns are harder to sell and neither DPMS nor Olympic are premium manufacturers.

For $1k you can get a Colt or BCM and definitely a Spikes.

Most of your lower tier rifles can be had for in the $650 range brand new.

Sell the scope seperate and you'll prolly come out ahead of selling as one unit. Most aren't gonna pay and extra 200 for the scope on that ar. May be able to sell it for that by itself though
