vortex v plex reticle review needed!!

ok....sold my nikon monarch due to wanting a thicker reticle....mine had the target reticle (very fine crosshairs)

i am looking at the 6.5-20x44 viper with the v plex wide reticle....anyone have one? can you compare the two? it sure looks thin....

I have that same exact scope but with the wide plex reticle. I can tell you it is vary thin, but the scope has impressed the heck out of me so far!

Is it hard to see in those last few minutes of light? On an animal?

What is the difference in the wide plex? They are the same I thought?

You are correct. I didn't realize they are the same. I just put it on my 300wsm this past weekend and shot about 15 rounds through it shooting different loads. I can not comment on low light as I have not experienced it yet. It Just curious are you ordering this from Cameraland.com? If so I could not pass it up regardless of what reticle it was for the price. Here is a pic. The best I can do.
