I have plenty of advise, get sick, stay home and send the wife, kiddo & mil.. Then have a refreshing vacation of peace & quiet!!

I took my son in June for my birthday. We had so much fun. Use the fast pass tickets for rides you really want to ride but don't want to wait an hour for. The Star Wars ride runs out of Fast Pass tickets quick so get them early. I think you can only get 2 fast pass tickets at a time.

Watch out for the foreigners, they will stop to look at their map in the middle of a walk way. They will also stop any where in the way or not, to take a picture and they will yell at you and they don't always wear deodorant so watch out who you get in line behind. You'll be stuck next to that person for at least 15 minutes

Oh and Punk rock kids are not too cool for disneyland. we saw quite a few but we were in california.

Ok, just went there in Aug. Get the park hopper pass. This will allow you to go to every park. Since your staying at the resort, you get Magic hours. This allows you to either get in an hour earlier or stay later than everyone else but the times are different for each park depending on the day. Get a schedule and plan. Get to the parks early before you can get in and go straight to the largest attractions first. You will get detailed maps for everything for each park at check in. We took coolers with snacks and lunches and ate out at night to save some money and to get a break from the heat. Try to plan everything out for each day as far as what rides your doing for each park to make it less confusing. Get the fast passes when they are offered and they are free. We also bought those Britanica filtered water bottles to save some cash. Take good walking shoes and be ready to be worn out by the end of the day. Hope this helps and have fun.
