Academy 30% off

I was at Academy and there was 30% off most of the hunting gear. I saw a Summit Viper SS on sale for ~$175 regular $249. There was also two Moultier Seeder / Corn spreader that goes on an ATV 30% off. Several Remmington feeders and a lot of other gear. The store was in Katy, at I-10 and Hwy 99 (Grand Parkway). I got the kids rubber boots for like $12.

Pretty much everything is on sale at Academy! I walked out of there with all kinds of steals. Everything is marked down!

Just picked up a Summit Viper SS for $182 out the door. The store on Rayford Sawdust in The Woodlands still has a couple of them left. They are clearing out everything. The guy at the Academy at Deerbrook said they had a whole pile of Viper SS this weekend but they are all gone now.

The Academy on the Dallas North Tollway has most hunting boots and all feeders at 30% off, but thats about it. The snake proof boots were not on sale by the way...

My wife went after Christmas and bought me the Dead Silent suit from Mad Dog for 30% off. I usually stock up on the Silver Max underwear, but I have so much of the stuff now that I can change twice a day, every day on a 10 day hunt. LOL. Wish they'd put the Eastman pop-ups on sale for 30%. I'd stock up.

I went to buy a 17hmr single shot and the good news is they were on sale cheap.... the bad news is they were all in the Houston area & I'm in DFW.

I stopped by the one in Arlington on lunch and they got some good deals. They should get better next week. I'll wait them out cuz I ain't dying for anything new but I'll jump all over a good deal.


And I think I saw some Eastman blinds on sale too.

I was at the Deerbrook store and the one off Rayford Sawdust today at noon. They both had at least a half dozen of the Eastman pop-ups in stock for 30% off. Thank God I don't know your wife.

Bought Magellan snake proof and water proof lace up and zippered boots today at the one in Pasadena 50% off all camo foot wear and waders.

Had to take a long lunch today and check out the Academy in Arlington again. Ended up getting my first set of scent control clothing. Picked up a silvermax long sleeve shirt and some bottoms. Finding shirts in ***L and bottoms in XXL I had to jump all over it. They still got a bunch more too if ya'll are looking. Not too much for us big boys but you lil fellars should be able to still find some.

Just got a pair of Colombia Spoonbill chest waders for $50.00. Good deal for me!
