Saw this on the local news...at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, A rather large cow got loose in a public parking area. At a rodeo you'd think there would be an ample supply of cowboys to rope it and bring things under control. Naw, all I saw were golf carts and a motor scooter. But they did get the job done.
