Google is sort of the standard, but mytopo.com certainly has some good features. There's a couple of mapping startups just ramping up that could be really cool very soon. Much of it will be driven by the increased cost for business to use the google maps api. Competition is always a good thing.

TNRIS is still mt go to! Unless your place is close to a major metro area, or part of a large school district, then it would be appraisal district aerials, they are of higher quality in order to catch people who do not tell them about property improvements.Last edited by DFlores; 03-05-2012, 06:47 PM.
