My dad, brother, and I are interested in catching and selling live rattlesnakes but the only thing stopping us is we don't know if we need a trappers license to do it? Anyone on the GS trap and sell live snakes? Any advice is greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Hunting licence is all you need as far as I know. It's all I've ever had for catching rattlers.Comment

You will need a Non-Game Dealers permit to sell your rattlesnakes.Comment

How much does one of the Non-Game Dealers permits run?? As for trapping them, you walk up to them and grab them with a snake catcher! Its more catching than trapping!!Comment
