No way that sticks.. Saw it earlier. That exact car has passed tech before and after prior races. I am willing to bet Hendricks gets the points and suspension overturned.
Do I think Knaus works in the gray area? No doubt about it. Knaus has already been suspended 5 or 6 times. I think Roush or Penske did some crying for this to be done..JMO -

The suspension is a joke, he'll be running the team and making every call just like he would otherwise, he just won't be on TV. It's no secret he's been cheating for a while....they just finaly caught him. Knaus is as dirty as they come, and he's good at it too!
They aren't getting squat over-turned. "Same car" doesn't mean anything. Reports are they sent him to tech insp. without even putting the template on it it was so bad.Comment

"Upon hearing the testimony, carefully reviewing the facts and historically comparative penalties, the unanimous decision of the National Stock Car Racing Appeals Panel was to uphold the original penalties assessed by NASCAR.
The Appellants have the right under Section 15 of the rule book to appeal this decision to the National Stock Car Racing Chief Appellate Officer."Comment
