Educate me. Where do you hunt publicly for free? Is a website with a list?

Are you missing the woods for the trees??? I consider it just about free since I have access to tens of thousands of acres for a $48 permit. Where can you find a lease for $48 per year?

Lease trash does not belong in roadside park and rest areas.

I believe it is against the law to use the rest areas trash cans for lease trash. They consider it to be household trash and I heard they were giving tickets out last year at some of the rest areas.
