Tannehill 3rd best QB in draft????

I'm an Aggie tried and true but I can't get my hands around this......

Is the QB class this weak or is Sherman able to make this strong of a push for the guy?

He showed something in the first quarter of the season but blew up after that.

Anyway, I just don't see the future quality of him being ranked 3rd behind Luck and RGIII........

He has arm and mobility. He is a great "coachable" talent. All of that, and I am A TEXAS fan

Hype or not I'm just not seeing this type of quality.

          Maybe that's why I'm not a scout......

I think 3 of the top 5 QB's selected in the draft will be from the BIG 12. Now that is sweet!!!

                I don't really see him as a #3

I have Kirk Cousins, Brandon Weeden, and Case Keenum ranked higher then him. Hopefully he does well as he has the mechanics to do well if given the right coaching

I like Tannehill but I think this a weak class of qb's behind Luck and RG. Huge dropoff in talent from the first two picks to the rest of the pool.

COLLEGE STATION, Texas (AP)—Texas A&M hasn’t been able to throw the ball deep all season.

On Saturday the Aggies finally discovered that aspect of their game and it propelled an already potent offense to its best performance of the year.

Ryan Tannehill threw for 415 yards and a career-high six touchdown passes and Ryan Swope caught four of them, also a career-best, to lead No. 21 Texas A&M to a 55-28 win over No. 20 Baylor.

He played receiver for his first two years.

The scouts for the NFL are the ones that have put Tanehill on this lofty ranking, not Mel Kuiper or the armchair guys. Not sure if he is deserving of that ranking, but that has been said of him all along during the season. Only time will tell. Who thought Drew Brees would be the QB he was coming out of college.

He does have potential but that's like saying the sky is blue. I'm a fan even if he's an Aggie.

Not really sure what happened with my last post, but basically he didn't show much NFL type consistency and there was a lot of emotion playing in the Baylor game.
