How to Upload/Post Photos

I have been driving myself crazy trying to upload photos. Where is the "paperclip" icon I need to click on? At the top of this box is an icon to remove text formatting (two A's with an x through it), a bold B, it italics I, and underlined U, an A with a black line under it, a globe with a paperclip (insert link) a yellow square (insert image) and a wraparound quote icon. I tried clicking on the globe one and it takes me to a box where I must type in a URL. Do I have to upload my photos to a photo hosting sight like photobucket or something before I can post them here? Or am I missing the paperclip icon? Can somebody PLEASE help me???

Click on the "Go Advanced" next to the "post quick reply"
You will see the Paperclip on that screen.
