where is this paperclip you just click on then browse for pictures off your computer. it just asks me for a URL address. what the heck does that mean? i cant figure this out

Need help uploading files


I can't get a pic to upload. Each time I try it goes through the loading prosses, and then says upload failed. Got some good pics I would like to post.
