What Size C Perlin

What size C perlin would I need to span a 24' gap.

This is going to be for a out door awning cover dealio at our campsite at the lease with an r-panel tin roof.

Probably 6 inch. Gotta account for the possibly of snow accumulation, so center support might be needed.

Those rafters are schedule 40 2" pipe. That suckers not going anywhere

Jaspro it looks like you might have a sag on your purlins.

My back patio is 24' nd I used 10" because of little slope. IF you get any ice or snow on that 6" you will be rebuilding. 4"......dont recommend going over 12'
