Anyone been to Best of the West range in Liberty Hill?

Noticed the Best of the West facility on hwy 29 just outside Liberty Hill on saturday and was curious if any off you guys had tried them out. Prices aren't too terrible and they have rifle ranges out to 1k yards! I've been looking for a range where I can practice some longer shots, and since this is near my lease, I thought I might give then a try, just wanted to see if anyone had any experience with them first.

I have only shot skeet there once. Seems like a nice place. I know that in order to shoot the longer distances(over 200 yds I think) you have to qualify. I know a guy that shoots out there all the time and that's what he told me.

It's pretty nice. You can shoot from 50-250yrds and to qualify for longer all you have to do is shoot a steel target at 500yrds and the range master will spot for you. Not a big deal I had never shot that far and was able to do it after 3-4 shots. They have everything out there. Some pretty cool pistol setups also.

It's on the total opposite side of town for me (I'm in Bee Cave) but I may have to make the journey up there and give it a try.
