    Broadheads vs. Field Tips

I just got some new NAP Hell Razor broadheads for Christmas and did some practicing yesterday. Seems as though at 20 yards the broadheads shoot a good 6 inches higher than field tips. Is this typical, or is this simply because my broadheads don't "shoot like field points" as advertised? Any suggestions on how to manage the difference?

          Cool. Thanks alot!!!

Is this typical for first time tuning? I just got the bow for Christmas and recently got it all setup.

I shoot hellrazors and don't have a problem. your bow may need a little work.I also shoot Nap Razorbacks, I carry both types in my quiver, and will shoot both at a drop of the hat.

I just bought some hellrazors about 2 weeks ago. I got to the ranch on friday afternoon and screwed one on and it shot the same as my fieldpoints, snuffers, and razorcaps that I had. Shot a mgmt/cull on sat morning and he ran about 60 yards and piled up. They are some of the sharpest out of the box heads that I have seen.

You might look at Easton's website and print off the bow tuning guide. I paper tuned my new bow and then didn't have a problems with all 3 of the BH's I shoot hitting same point.

If they dont shoot to the same point your bow is NOT TUNED right. Mine shoot to same point as field poitn but then again all my broadhead what ever brand shoot the same spot
