Hogs love anything that smells like berrys... Jello is the cheapest. Hog Wild works great.

Deer love anything that smells like apples. BuckCandy.

Stick to those two flavors. The pigs like the apple smell too, along with pancake syrup, peanutbutter, and molasses. But may scare deer off.... My suggestion from use across the state is:

Hogs= Berries
Deer= Apple

I get a gallon home depot bucket, strawberry syrup and Walmart brand cherry kool aid mix, make sure its walmart brand because the smell is more sweet than regular kind and it's cheaper�� then put about a 1/4 of the corn and mix it together. Works great for me!

In my trap I use:

Galvanized wash tub
1 sack of corn
5lb sack of sugar
2 packages cherry Jell-O
1 pint Everclear
Enough water to cover the corn

I just mix that together and let it sit.
