Whats for lunch today? I just put a bacon wrapped, boudain stuffed backstrap in the oven (sure would be A LOT better on the pit) mashed potatoes and fresh green beans. Pumpkin roll, cookies, apple pie, fudge and brownies for dessert.

As long as everything stays on line, it should be a good day. Merry Christmas yall. It'll be quitin time before you know it.

I cooked chicken fried axis rounds steaks yesterday. They didnt last long. I was hopin there would be enough for an afternoon snack, but no luck.
