2012-2013 Hunting Lease

Guys and Gals, I am in search of a hunting lease for the 2012-2013 season! I am looking for a place that is already set up and needs a few more hunters. I am trying to keep it under 5k all in. Looking for something in So. Tx. I am looking on leasehunter.com and texasleaseconnection.com and have found a few but nothing that has worked so far. Any suggestions or knowledge of leases in need of hunters would be greatly appreciatied!!

I am looking my self but not in s tx. I have found its not going to be easy to find another lease. Look at papers in the area and chamber of commerces. I have also googled deer leases in the county I am looking in a found contact info. I call even if it's old you never know

Go visit the local feed stores and coffee shops in the towns close to where you want to hunt.

By already set up are you saying you want all stands and feeders in place so all you have to do is join and start hunting ?

just join and start hunting. I would really like to have a camp already in place. I would like to set my own stands and feeders
