Best place to buy MRE's?

Most Army/Navy surplus stores have them; especially ones near military bases. I'm sure there are also some mail order places.

also on wildernessdining.com they sell a stove pack called Mt. Oven that heats the food like MRI's for about 2 bucks a pack...so you can get any of regular food packet you want and then use this device to heat your water....its pretty slick. NO STOVE NEEDED. most of the food packs they sell or 2 servings and are great!! I love the breakfast also....you need about 3 to 4 thousand calories packing in the mts after elk.

If you know anybody in the military around here...then the commissary at NAS JRB has them for sale all the time at the front...

I am going to be buying some for my Elk Hunt coming up.
