    Oh ok....good to know. thanks!!! think I will still bring my Texas Hunting license that has my hunters ed number on it....its a long drive back to Brenham....haha

      yeah, don't trust Wally world in Trinidad. I showed them previous years Colorado hunting license's for two or three years and they still would not sell me a license with having my hunter's ed card in hand.
      Luckily I was two weeks ahead of schedule and up there to scout, so I just made sure I had the card when I went up for the opening weekend and bought my license then.






      On an earlier comment about needing to fit 4 120 qt icechests, I don't think you need that many. The only way you would is if you weren't deboning the meat. As long as you are deboning the meat, a couple of 120 qt coolers would be fine. At the most, you might need another 60 qt cooler.

      IMO some people overplan for everything, you could always use 100 qt coolers and 4 of those would fit.

          Thanks drthornton. When my son turned 16 we took the hunter education course together so I could be ready for hunting out of state. I looked everything over and all your advice has been stored.
