How long did it take before the deer began to hit the trough feeder? I built one this year and the deer won't have any part of it. I also bought one of the "Buck Boss" gravity protein feeders and as far as I know, the deer haven't eaten from it either. Strange year in Jasper Co. this year for sure.

The head on that buck looks to be 4.5+.

I finally got back to the lease with a tape measure. The trough feeder is 34" high.
