I got to share hunting camp with a couple of stand up gentlemen. 1 of those men, Gary Green was a founder of Diamond archery! He actually was a designer of the bow I shoot now, the Marquis. I know it's a little corny but I asked him to sign the top limb of my bow for good luck. I thought it was pretty neat.

back in the day @ 1998-99, I would visit the Diamond Archery office in Shreveport several times per year. Gary Green and Josh Halbert were always freindly and helped me out many times.
I use to shoot Diamond bows and probably had 4-5 at one time , including the carbon riser bows (marquis and widowmaker) that they sold to HCA . IIRC , the bare bow weighed @ 2.8#

When I was in the middle of doing the ad campaign for Motorola (and marketing work for Ebbtide boats, Premier Pontoons, Horizon Yachts, etc.) I met with Gary and Josh (I think the other fella was Josh) at the ATA to talk about doing their marketing.
They told me of the pending 'change' in ownership... but that they loved my work.
Good folk!
