Well I'm finally getting serious about getting a piece of property and building a bachelor pad. Really looking at going with a metal building style home. Anyone here done this? If so, I'd love to see some pics and also maybe hear the pros and cons of having a metal building style opposed to brick. I have some great ideas flowing through my head, just would like to see what else is out there and hear from someone who has done this. I've been seeing it a lot more lately!

I design metal frame houses along with stick built. I just finished my own metal frame house. I believe it is the best way to build. One of the things some of my customers say when I tell then about metal construction is "I don't want it to look like a shop". I have design metal frame houses that people will swear that it is not metal frame. It doesn't have to be metal on the outside. It can be rock, brick, siding, etc. The interior looks just like a stick house. Here is a picture of mine just before we moved in. If you have any question you are more than welcome to pm me.
