Started workin on dinner around 1:30 this afternoon. Tortilla-Crusted Redfish topped with Chorizo Queso Compuesto (Gulf redfish caught by my sexy-as-hell husband), and Vegetavle Enchiladas with Red Guajillo-Piñon Mole Saice. Accompanied by Rick Bayless’s Strawberry Margaritas with a Sugat-Himalayan Salt Rim.
