    Andrew Zimmer and Jerry G

I just watched Andrew Zimmer of Bizarre Foods America go with Jerry G. of Perdanal Bowhunting where he shot a javi, and they cooked barbacoa too. They ate that javi along with the barbacoa. Who knew barbacoa was a roasted cow head?

Has Jerry G been holding out on us, or did I just flat miss it?

I did not see a TBH sticker though. What's up with that?

I think it might be more than just 1 year old Blake, I think it was filmed in 2009 or 2010.

Cool. I was really impressed with how well Andrew Zimmer spoke of Texas. Seems like a cool guy. He actually shot the javi with a rifle, which impressed me.

Its not ALL cow head..that would be like a one cow heads/20lbs of meat..it does however INCLUDE cow head.

I hate that eposide...my wife use to not have an issue with Barbacoa till Zimmer told her it was cow head!
