The US economy, tariffs, and the import/export business is VERY COMPLEX, much more than I can wrap my head around.
I’ll stir the pot, I think most people just preach what they hear on their news channel of choice. How many folks really understand the impact of these tariff's on the US economy?

Wait, didn't Academy get the memo the tarrifs are paused for 90 days? Lol...
Personally I'm sure there's a lot of legitimate rising prices, but I also think retailers and wholesalers and distributors are using this whole thing as an excuse to hike stuff up and increase profit margins as well. We'll see how it plays out, twas a necessary move and we'll have some growing pains I'm sure. Good time to buy Made in USA gear.Last edited by justletmein; 05-16-2025, 05:59 PM.
