Truck toolbox ID help

I'm looking to find out who made this truck and set it up like this I need one in my life. Was going to buy this one but they backed out on me. Its an 8' bed 1/2 ton truck with roll out tool box on driver's side with 3 drawers. Passenger side is open for big stuff then it has a regular 5.5' bed behind it. Its the perfect work truck for what I need but I can't figure out how or why it exists.
