Brownwood is where the footage was capture but that certainly doesn't mean this person lives in that area.

You should be able to spot him fairly easy with that trailer. Put him on Facebook and I bet you'll find him pretty quick. I found the thieves that broke into my MIL's travel trailer. I posted it in the local FB page and had the guys names in 3 minutes.
